It's been a month or two since I got into a new book, but it looks like the next one in my sights will have a lack of words, go figure. But, thanks to the Inter-webs I've followed the amazing global project "Women are Heroes" by young french street/social artist JR. Jumping around the globe and taking pictures of women in their communities and then artistically placing the enlarged photographs back into the environment to reinforce the importance woman hold in these communities takes an amazing approach to photography and social activism. So spend those euros and get a dope coffee table book w/ deeper meaning.
